Natalie Brown oversees People Operations at Hermeus where she leads the full lifecycle recruiting strategy for full-time and internship positions, develops and manages internal employee programs, and executes on general company operational tasks.

Prior to Hermeus, Natalie spent several years leading recruiting efforts for start-ups to fortune 500 companies. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville in Communication.
