Don Kaderbek is VP of Test at Hermeus where he oversees all testing campaigns from propulsion to flight.

Prior to joining Hermeus, Don worked at Relativity Space, Blue Origin, SpaceX, and Gulfsteam.

At Relativity Space he led a 195-member combined test and launch team located at multiple company sites from Cape Canaveral to Seattle. At SpaceX, he played a pivotal role, leading the team responsible for executing orbital launch missions during a global pandemic, including the historic Demo-2 mission. His leadership saw the highest launch rate in the company's history with 100% primary mission success.

Don is an ex-military fighter test aviator with extensive operational and developmental test experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Alabama, and has completed further courses from USAF Air War College and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
